Hello, my name is John Brooks and I am the Owner and President of Lee County Inspection Services Home Inspections and Environmental Testing. Our inspection services include complete home inspections, insurance inspections including Wind Mitigation, Four Point Inspection and Roof Certifications and New Construction Inspections for those building a home. We also offer and array of Environmental Services including mold and air quality testing, Radon and private well water analysis.

Company Owner/ President and State Licensed Master Home Inspector John Brooks brought his expertise in the inspection field to SouthWest Florida in 2007, moving his family of five to Cape Coral and starting Lee County Inspection Services Home Inspections. John also carries an IAC2 certification in Mold Assessment and Radon Testing… His persistence, dedication to his craft and approach to customer service slowly built the company over time into the six man inspection team it is today. State Licensed Master Home Inspector and IAC2 Certified Mold Assessor Patrick Christensen was born and raised here in SW Florida, spending his youth working in construction, dedicated to his craft and customer at hand. His 15 plus years in the home inspection industry have groomed him into the master inspector he is on jobsites today. His 12 years of doing home inspections with our company have only fortified his reputation which is based on reliability and a commitment to excellence.
